  • 1-to-1 Online Courses are pre-paid and non-refundable once booked, as time and preparation are set aside for you. If life or health gets in the way, we will work with you to postpone.

  • Self-Learning Online Courses come with a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, as long as you have not accessed the course.

  • Once you log in or access the course content, the course is considered started and refunds are no longer available.

If you are unsure whether a course is right for you, we encourage you to ask questions before purchasing. We are always happy to talk things through.
